ABOUT ME

Hello!

I am a postdoc at Cornell University’s ILR School. My research focuses on gender inequality in organizations. I study how gender stereotypes impact women’s careers, and how gender roles and beliefs about gender roles constrain women. Further, I’m interested in how individuals reinforce the current gender system. Throughout my research, I use a multi-method approach including experiments, archival, and qualitative data.

I received my Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and my B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. Before attending UC Berkeley, I was a Consultant at Deloitte & Touche in Cyber Risk Services and I specialized in threat intelligence.
